No Sleep, No Problem

Hey guys! I don’t know about you but with all my 2018 goals, I’ve been pulling quite a few late nights and early mornings. Let’s just say with the minimal sleep, I’ve woken up with some very unfortunate under-eye bags and dark circles. Now, I could easily try and conceal these bad boys with makeup, but the puffiness would still be there. Since I’ve always had small dark circles/bags under my eyes, not doing something about the additional puffiness would look all sorts of crazy. So, for both the ladies and gents, here’s my fail-proof “good-bye unwanted under-eye bags” routine:

1.     Go ahead and clean your face as normal—keep it gentle around the eyes, you don’t want to create any irritation or redness.

2.     Get a small Ziploc bag and add ice.

3.     Get a face rag and damp it with cold water.

4.     Lay back on your bed or couch. Put the cloth over your eyes. Lay the ice bag over your eyes and keep it there for 10 to 15 minutes.

5.     Apply your favorite eye cream—dab, don’t rub. (My current favorite is the Desert Beauty Peptide Firming Eye Cream, which I purchased from Amazon.)


And there you go! Your under-eye will brighten and you will definitely see a visible difference.
